We understand that children and young people may have experienced difficult circumstances, disruption or trauma. Our compassionate team provides consistent, sensitive support, helping each young person feel safe and develop healthy ways to understand and manage their emotions.

Through trusted relationships, predictable routines and individualised care, we help young people build resilience and a stronger sense of identity and belonging.

 Education is an important part of every young person’s future. We encourage and support regular engagement with school, college, training or alternative education, working alongside education professionals to address barriers and celebrate progress.

Young people are also supported to explore their interests, discover new skills and participate in activities that encourage creativity, achievement and personal development.

As young people grow, we help them develop the practical and emotional skills they need for adulthood. Depending on their age and individual abilities, this may include support with cooking, budgeting, self-care, household tasks, travel, decision-making and accessing the community.

Every child and young person is unique. We create personalised care plans that reflect their needs, wishes, background and goals. Young people are encouraged to participate in decisions about their care so that their voices are heard and their choices are respected.
